While employed as a Graphic Designer at Northern Lights Candles, the marketing team came to me with a request for an email campaign to raise product awareness about the DIY product line. This project required a quick turnaround so new photography was not a feasible option, so I did what I could with our clipped product images. 
     I had photographed and clipped all DIY product images the previous year, so I knew what was available. I used elements from the packaging files to create a layout in Illustrator. Motion seems to be much more attention grabbing in emails, so I knew I wanted a gif. Using a gif also allowed for me to show a wider variety of the products without overwhelming the viewer. The marketing team had also mentioned that they wanted to add a 6th step which involved the customer sharing their DIY creations with us on instagram, so I added that after receiving feedback.
      The email campaign was approved and sent out on March 11th, 2022 at 4:30PM.
